Race Day

On race day, number pickup will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at Race-Day Central (located on Haven Plaza at Fort Washington Avenue and West 168th street). If you pick up your bib on race day, your premium will be available after the race.

Bib pickup will close 10 minutes after the start time of the race. Runners arriving to pick up their bib after that time will not be issued a bib and will not receive 9+1 credit for the race.

Show your race confirmation email or the QR code from your NYRR account to pick up your race materials. Proxy bib pickup is available for this race, so a friend or family member can pick up your race materials. The person will need the QR code for your NYRR account, along with a form of photo identification that corresponds to your NYRR account.

Start on Fort Washington Avenue between West 172nd and 173rd streets, and begin running north on Fort Washington Avenue. You will reach the one-mile mark at the end of Fort Washington Avenue, as you approach the entrance to Fort Tryon Park. This is also the location of the Run Club Cheer Zone, where members of local club teams can support their runners on the way in and out of the park.

Run a counter-clockwise loop of the roadway in Fort Tryon Park, running downhill in the first half of mile 2 and uphill on the second half; you will reach the two-mile mark shortly before exiting the park. Continue out of the park and back onto Fort Washington Avenue, and follow that road south to the finish line on Fort Washington Avenue just beyond West 173rd Street.

We strongly recommend checking mta.info before you travel. You can also message the MTA using the chat feature on the MTA app.

Bag check will be available beginning at 7:30 am at 169th Street between Fort Washington Ave. and Broadway.

Planning to check a bag on race morning? While we will continue to have clear plastic bags available at number pickup, we encourage you to use your own clear reusable plastic bag, no larger than 17" wide x 20" high x 7" deep, with the tag affixed. Only clear bags may be checked at bag check, we are unable to check opaque bags of any size.
