Young runners will follow in the footsteps of legends when they take on the Girls Run at the Mastercard New York Mini 10K!
Historically a women's road race, the Mastercard New York Mini 10K returns for another year! Founded in 1972—and named after a symbol of women’s liberation, the miniskirt—this event empowers women and girls of all ages and fitness levels to come together, be active, and accomplish a running milestone alongside other inspiring runners.
Registration is FREE and open to participants ages 8–18 of all abilities. Participants will receive a New Balance T-shirt (while supplies last) and finishers will receive a medal.
Check out our calendar for a full list of upcoming youth events, and don’t forget to follow and use #RisingNYRR to share your event-day fun! For details on the adult race, visit the Mastercard New York Mini 10K race page.
