Join us in celebrating "The World's Borough" at the Citizens Queens 10K in Flushing Meadows Corona Park on Saturday, June 14.
Citizens is thrilled to return for the second consecutive year as the title sponsor of the fourth race in the NYRR Five Borough Series. Experience the park that draws visitors from all five boroughs, featuring historic pathways, scenic trails, and exciting activities. And do not forget to stay for the post-race festivities, delicious treats, and more!
This race serves as a 9+1 qualifier for the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon and as a 4 Out of 6 program qualifier for the 2026 United Airlines NYC Half.

Rising New York Road Runners welcomes your child to participate in the Flushing Meadows Kids Run at the Citizens Queens 10K with non-competitive short dashes for Stage 1 (ages 2 to 11), an untimed non-competitive half-mile run for Stage 2 (ages 8 to 18), and a timed and competitive one-mile race for Stage 3 (ages 12 to 18). Registration for all Rising New York Road Runners events is completely FREE and made possible by the generosity of our community.

If you are an Athlete with Disability who needs a guide or support runner to participate in a NYRR event, please follow the process explained here. To request to register a support runner, the runner must fill out the following form. All requests must be placed by runners at least two weeks prior to the event.
We at New York Road Runners believe running should be accessible to everyone. To help, we created NYRR Race Free to provide race fee assistance to those who qualify financially.
In 2024, we offered 1,000+ program slots and more than 3,000 complimentary race entries, including for the TCS New York City Marathon. Race Free applications that met the eligibility criteria were pooled based on previous participation and selected by borough or zip code until all slots were filled.

This Member-Only Standby List is full.
The Member-Only Standby List is a perk for NYRR members who are willing to participate in an NYRR race if entries become available after registration has closed. These individuals will be invited to register for the race on a first-come, first-served basis.

Numbers (which include your timing tag) may be picked up at the NYRR RUNCENTER featuring the New Balance Run Hub at 320 West 57th Street (between Eighth and Ninth avenues). Please check back closer to race day for race number pickup details.

Please check back closer to race day for race number pickup details. Bib pickup will close 10 minutes after the start time of the race. Runners arriving to pick up their bib after that time will not be issued a bib and will not receive 9+1 credit for the race.
Show your race confirmation email or the QR code from your NYRR account to pick up your race materials. Proxy bib pickup is available for this race, so a friend or family member can pick up your race materials. The person will need the QR code for your NYRR account, along with a form of photo identification that corresponds to your NYRR account.

Planning to check a bag on race morning? While we will continue to have clear plastic bags available at number pickup, we encourage you to use your own clear reusable plastic bag, no larger than 17" wide x 20" high x 7" deep, with the tag affixed.
NYRR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen bags or items from bags checked at NYRR bag check.

After the conclusion of the event, official results will be posted on results.nyrr.org.
Awards will be presented on site to the top-three finishers in the overall men, women, and non-binary divisions. Runners who place in the top-three of their age group will be able to claim an award in the days following the race by filling out our Age-Group Awards Claim Form.
All prize money amounts are equal for men, women, and non-binary categories and subject to all applicable rules and policies regarding prize money. To be eligible for prize money and time bonuses, including Top Queens Finisher, a runner must have had a valid paid NYRR membership since at least March 14, 2025 through at least the date of the race, and must complete the course in 42 minutes or faster.

NYRR Member Division Top Queens Finisher
The top man, woman, and non-binary finisher from Queens, based on Net Time, who meet the NYRR Member Division requirements will be awarded $500. Residency is determined by zip code at the time of registration. Cumulative with overall prize money, if applicable.

The 4 Out of 6 program allows NYRR members who meet the eligibility requirements to gain guaranteed entry to the United Airlines NYC Half.
Eligibility for entry to the 2026 United Airlines NYC Half will be guaranteed for NYRR members who complete four qualifying events in 2025 and have an active membership by the last qualifying event of the 2025 4 Out of 6 program (the NYRR Staten Island Half on TBD).
The following races in 2025 will count toward 4 Out of 6 program qualification for the 2026 United Airlines NYC Half (Please note all dates are pending permit approval and subject to change):
- NYRR Manhattan 10K (February 2)
- Virtual United Airlines NYC Half Medal (March 8–16)
- United Airlines NYC Half (March 16)
- Virtual RBC Brooklyn Half Medal (May 10-17)
- RBC Brooklyn Half (May 17)
- Citizens Queens 10K (June 14)
- New Balance Bronx 10 Mile (September 14)
- NYRR Staten Island Half (October 12)
If NYRR cancels an offering on the direction of local, city, or state authorities, participants will be informed as soon as possible, including communication of participant resolution options. Events will not be rescheduled.
No Refunds: Entry fees are non-refundable and may not be deferred or transferred.
